Dispotition

Disposition (from lat .: dispositio = "division", "assignment", "arrangement", "administration", "disposition" [dispositio omnipotens], "fate" [fateful], "line-up", "outline", "plan" ) stands for:     the predisposition or susceptibility of an organism to certain diseases, see disposition (medicine)

Down syndrome

Down syndrome is a congenital combination of various mental disorders and physical
malformations of widespread symptoms caused by a gene mutation
(chromosome aberration / polyploidy) in which the entire 21st chromosome or parts thereof
are present in triplicate (trisomy). This chromosome anomaly is referred to as trisomy 21.

With increasing age of the mother (especially from the 35th year of age) increases the risk
of a trisomy 21 of the child.
